The location was wonderful in the middle of jackson and the staff here was very hospitable and helpful. And it was also really close to the train station as well as a cafe.

We did not want to leave, recommend. Appreciated the large room with nice bathroom, and strategic and wonderful location in the middle of the city.

The staff was absolutely amazing, always willing to help and even ordered a wake up call for my mom when her phone was broken. The communication before arrival was excellent, with immediate responses to any questions. The breakfast was delicious and the overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel for its perfect location, amazing staff, and comfortable rooms.

The value for the money was excellent and the room wasvery comfy and tidy. The location was perfect, especially if you are traveling and need easy access to the train and bus stations. The staff, especially Mrs Natalia and Mr Yaroslav, were polite and helpful.

While the room itself was clean, I found the sheer curtains to be annoying due to the bright motion light outside. It felt like trying to sleep in a train station.

The quadruple room at Saquoyaj Vokzal was absolutely amazing! It had its own private bathroom with free toiletries, which was great because I didn't have to worry about bringing my own. The hairdryer in the bathroom was a lifesaver, and the shower was so refreshing. Plus, the room had soundproofing, so I could relax without any noise disturbances. Oh, and the flat-screen TV was a nice touch too! I felt incredibly comfortable and well taken care of during my stay.

Personally, I didn't really like the terrace in some of the units. It just wasn't my cup of tea.
